Design & Color Separation: Your graphic design is processed for color separation, creating individual printing plates for each color layer.

Precision Mold Fabrication: Custom multi-cavity silicone compression or LSR injection molds are CNC machined to form the keypad base.

Silicone Molding: High-grade silicone is molded under controlled conditions to create the keypad substrate.

Multi-Stage Pad Printing: The keypad undergoes sequential printing cycles. Each color is applied, aligned, and cured before the next color is printed.

Protective Coating Application: A final functional coating (UV, soft-touch, etc.) is uniformly applied over the graphics and cured to form a protective layer.
